Terrible place, would not recommend this vet to anyone. All they care about is money! They refused to see our pet who was really unwell due to a slight dispute over costs the last time! We explained we had no other option to get somewhere quick enough but they still refused to see our pet. They are not in it for the welfare of animals just they money. Horrible place!

Unfortunately of late, I have found there to be a distinct lack of genuine care for the patient. Indeed the handling of the animal by a particular member of staff and complete disregard of the owners input / knowledge of the animal and its discomfort, obviously resulted in a most distressing experience.
It is also noted that reception staff do not always have the required level of discretion or professionalism, or choose wisely their topic of conversation whilst in the company of clients.
This was once a caring and professional practice and I hope that these issues can be addressed before more clients are left with no option but to relocate their custom.
Our pets are our passion and our priority, of course not able to respond themselves and I am afraid their consideration and respect is something which affects us deeply.
Trusting these concerns are being addressed.

I've been coming here for over two years with Jenson and prior to that my mother has been going for over ten years. Over the years they have always been marvellous and gone above and beyond. Jenson's dad was so well looked after when he had a growth and lost his leg a couple of years ago but I fear it could have been much worse without their prompt and dedicated care.
Jenson also loves going - mainly because he's always given treats. A lovely vets and one I'll continue to use in the future.

I've been coming here for over two years with Jenson and prior to that my mother has been going for over ten years. Over the years they have always been marvellous and gone above and beyond. Jenson's dad was so well looked after when he had a growth and lost his leg a couple of years ago but I fear it could have been much worse without their prompt and dedicated care.
