I'm so happy with the help I've had from Tim Wingfield in respect of my lovely old dog Nemo. Everytime Nemos been ill, Mr Wingfield has shown great respect for me (being a neurotic dog 'mum') & provided Nemo with the best care & patience. We’ve been with Deane Vets for almost 28 years and they have been so caring and professional with all of my pets. They have dealt with so distressing situations in a very caring manner and helped me give my beautiful diabetic cat and good final three years. They taught me how to care for her and always giving good clear instructions. I recently brought in my latest cat, a stray we’ve adopted who is still very wild, and only just getting used to being in a house. I brought him in in a large cage in a very bad state after a fight left him with a split nose and his inner eyelids torn. They still managed an awkward situation and also microchipped him and neutered him for me too. And always good reasonably costs. Read Less

I just want to say thank you to Phoebe for calling yesterday and leaving a message to make sure Willow was ok and didn't need anything over the Christmas period. I took her to the vets on Monday as she had hurt her paw and was hobbling and had gone off her food. Phoebe looked after her well and prescribed pain killers. After about an hour Willow was munching into her food again and she is now walking properly and the swelling has almost gone. We lost our dear little girl on the same day that a friend, who lives in Chard, lost her dog. Absolutely amazing! After our little girl came home in awful pain, I whizzed her straight to Deane vets. The vet team were amazing! Thank you to all the staff at Deane Vets who recently looked after my Collie dog Megan who had collapsed at home and was very ill. Turned out she had a huge nasty lump on her spleen. The vets successfully removed the spleen and lump and less than a week later she is already much brighter. The nursing staff were also so kind to Megan ( and me !) and looked after her superbly. Willow was taken in as an emergency 19 December after being badly attacked by a dog.. Thankfully she was microchipped so we were contacted very quickly. We just had an emergency, with my daughter's Shih Tzu. The whole team last Monday were brilliant, worked hard to deliver her 4 pups safely & care for a very shocked mum. I can't thank them enough, for all their care, without which our poor little girl, would have lost her babies.
