would give this place a zero if I could,made the mistake of trying to use them to help my boy who had picked up a tick which was in his eye socket,(he has no eyes!) only to get told as I use another vet for my other dogs I had to go see them!! on easter monday? when they are shut and would charge a fortune for call out, my other dogs are registered with another practise but not him,what a bad attitude,and even worse they then decided they were not taking new clients,hmmm how convenient! wouldn't touch this lot with a barge pole now! unprofessional,and useless

The team at Companion Care are amazing. The vet Jonathan has gone above and beyond to support my cat's dislike of tablets at a time when she desperately needed some medication. Their patience is outstanding despite the fact I have asked them to explain everything thoroughly. Additionally, their administration organisation is top class with my insurance claims being processed in a very timely manner. Opening times and prices are brilliant and accessible to all pet owners. I'd recommend this vets every day of the week!

We found members of staff to be severely lacking in people skills. (The polite way of saying: they thought they were superior to us, and made damned sure we knew it !)
