I found the vet on Monday evening lacked compassion and empathy while I begged for treatment of my rabbit, sadly he was put to sleep, I didn’t have any choice but to come here, but it was best for him

Excellent service, especially out of hours when our old girl was suffering what we thought was a stroke. Very reassuring and helpful. All 3 female vets we have seen have been wonderful, always giving lots of really helpful advice and even managing to clip 3 toenails which has never been done before! Feel very reassured on every visit, which has been several times in last few months.

Following a gut instinct on my behalf my springer Buttons was admitted. Following an ultra sound scan a lump was found on his spleen. Mel performed the procedure to remove his spleen on Saturday. Following a phone call this morning my daughter and I picked up a very happy to be going home Buttons. Alisa, Mel and all the team were brilliant, I was kept informed all the way through and given a tour of their new extension this morning with their new areas. Now to keep my fingers crossed and hope the test results on his spleen come back clear.

Victoria was great last week when she had to tell me some upsetting news about Smudge, Victoria did this with real empathy and sincerely gutted herself. Veterinary Surgeon, Melanie Crosnier has treated my five dogs over the past couple of years and has had to deal with a range of issues; one of which was a serious surgery that caused me a huge amount of stress. I will be forever grateful for her absolute professionalism and skill in dealing with this matter that allowed my dog to make a full recovery. I trust Mel implicitly with the care of my dogs and her in-depth knowledge and experience means that my dogs are always in the best possible hands.

Veterinary Surgeon, Melanie Crosnier has treated my five dogs over the past couple of years and has had to deal with a range of issues; one of which was a serious surgery that caused me a huge amount of stress. I will be forever grateful for her absolute professionalism and skill in dealing with this matter that allowed my dog to make a full recovery. They can also have a terrific sense of humour when appropriate. We would not hesitate to recommend them and the staff are great.
