Absolutely brilliant with Herbie. All the staff were excellent, the care was excellent and Herbie didn't even hesitate to go in when he was taken in for checkups. Fantastic

Fabulous caring vets. We have 7 dogs and 6 cats so are fairly frequent visitors. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Mark and Regina for everything they did last night for my precious boy Roly at such a terrible time. You were both so kind and caring and nothing was to much trouble. You explained everything so well to us which helped us make the right decision for Roly. My family and I will never forget what you did for us and we will always recommend you as the best vets in Somerset. X

Nothing is too much trouble for the any of the staff, the receptionists,nurses & the vets. Friendly, caring & professional. My two cats have been treated since they were tiny kittens, Roly for an ongoing condition & a poorly Charlie who has spent this past week hospitalised. Thankfully he's now home & much better - I'd not take them anywhere else, even though we live in Taunton!!

All the staff at Mount Vets are helpful and so caring. Can never do too much to help either including early drop offs and later pickups. Just a first Class vets.

Took rosie to see James yesterday morning as she was suffering from an upset tummy, not eating, and not her bouncy self. injection and special diet prescribed and by this morning she was eating, came up for a cuddle on the bed and already finishing off the cat food. Thanks James

All the staff are so friendly and caring to the animals and owners alike. Completely trust the vet our cats usually sees, Charlotte- very talented and very friendly. When she was away and we had to see another lady vet to have our cat put to sleep she was brilliant with Sam and us, really explained things well and so caring to Sam and us (as was the nurse who was in attendance).

I can only comment on the small animal side of the practice... it's a little pricey maybe, but provides a comprehensive service. You don't want to have to visit the vet at all, but when you do have to...
I can only comment on the small animal side of the practice... it's a little pricey maybe, but provides a comprehensive service. You don't want to have to visit the vet at all, but when you do have to go its important to know that your needs (and those of your animasl) will be attended to in the best possible manner... thats exactly what happens at the Mount.

Nothing is too much trouble for the any of the staff, the receptionists,nurses & the vets. Friendly, caring & professional. My two cats have been treated since they were tiny kittens, Roly for an ongoing condition & a poorly Charlie who has spent this past week hospitalised.
