Outstanding service from this veterinary practice...from first phone call was hugely impressed by the quality of professionalism...this theme continued for my appointment with EVERY member of staff we encountered.
Friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, listeners, reassuring , patient and just overwhelmingly fabulous!
Have had pets for over 30yrs and of late with huge corparate take overs and endless policies making pet owners jump through hoops to get care for their animals it was so nice to be accepted in to a practice where the smiles stood out way above the normal tut-tuts of some vets when you take on a rescue dog.
Everyone deserves a home no matter where they were born and in this particular vets I feel they will get far better care because of the lack of prejudice, patient policy and discrimination I've met before in other surgeries.
These vets are in a league far higher than I've ever visited before.
AWESOME 👌👏👏👏👏👏 11/10!

Am I so impressed with Westfield vets so caring our beloved summer our little dog off 11years my best friend pass away I collected summers ashes today was hard but the staff where so kind & caring the lovely lady also walked me to my Jeep so kind& understanding just when you need it. Excellent care outstanding vets thank you.xx

I cannot stress strongly enough how grateful we are to the staff at this surgery.
From the outset they have been faultless and have gone over and above for us, at a most distressing time. Staff are primarily focused on the welfare of our pet, above all else, and this kind of natural humility is not to be undervalued. Thank you to you all on behalf of Norman Stanley Fletcher (and his owners).
I would highly recommend this practice, on behalf those who are unable to speak for themselves, you can be assured they will be put first and dealt with with love and affection, who could ask for more !

Outstanding service from this veterinary practice...from first phone call was hugely impressed by the quality of professionalism...this theme continued for my appointment with EVERY member of staff we encountered.
Friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, listeners, reassuring , patient and just overwhelmingly fabulous!
Have had pets for over 30yrs and of late with huge corparate take overs and endless policies making pet owners jump through hoops to get care for their animals it was so nice to be accepted in to a practice where the smiles stood out way above the normal tut-tuts of some vets when you take on a rescue dog.
