I was given the wrong flea treatment by one of the nurses recently. I was given a large dog dose instead of a large cat which resulted in my cat being ill for 6 days. I was infuriated when I went to the practice for his prescription to order it online and was told it would cost £15 even though it was because of their error I needed to do this. I won't be taking any of my animals there again. Read Less

And secondly, those "add-ins" can be dreadfully expensive for owners. Read Less
