Lovely friendly staff... loving towards pets.. Always no and try there best.. they go the extra mile to... prices are pretty good to compared to other places... no where else I would take my dog

All of the vets and staff at this practice are lovely. In particular, we would like to thank Ziska the vet for her kind care and attention of our cat Holly, especially when it came time to say goodbye...
All of the vets and staff at this practice are lovely. In particular, we would like to thank Ziska the vet for her kind care and attention of our cat Holly, especially when it came time to say goodbye. Ziska is a credit to her profession. We even received a sympathy card in the post from the practice afterwards. A nice touch and first class. No vets we have used in the past come close. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

STAY AWAY!!!
First words from the vet were to put my Dog to sleep.
The Vet misdiagnosed my Dog causing it unnecessary pain and discomfort and large bill.
No remorse and a terrible customer experience....

No remorse and a terrible customer experience.
Avoid like the plague. Use other practices in Barry. You won't regret it.

Always good service and staff even if not seeing the same vet each time. The fact surgery is open until early evening and on Saturday afternoon this really helps when working full time.

Saw my dog within an hour of ringing them.....receptionists and vet were wonderful and careing.....Odies treatment ongoing but they have been fantastic. Small but perfect practice.

All the staff are wonderful they are so caring and Rhianne is not called "supervet" by clients for nothing, they are all amazing.

No problem getting a same day appointment, and when we had a poorly dog.

Been going to this vets for years. Staff are all helpful and polite.
No problem getting a same day appointment, and when we had a poorly dog.
The staff (on all levels), again were more than helpful, and the fact that we were able to take dog to vets, in the morning (after 10am). This saves his life.
Yes, it a small vets, but a very good one.
The staff all have passion for there job.

It is an excellent place - we always took our cats there and saw all the different vets at one time or another. Everyone was very friendly and kind and we never felt rushed. A good place to buy qualit...
It is an excellent place - we always took our cats there and saw all the different vets at one time or another. Everyone was very friendly and kind and we never felt rushed. A good place to buy quality cat and dog food too (the dried 'Science Diet'). The girls on reception are also helpful, well informed and pleasant.
