Wouldn't recommend anyone in need of help with newborn baby bunnies that aren't feeding to go here for help!! As a result of me trusting the receptionist and explaining I've looked online for help and it's not very clear quite confusing infact, I then bought the kitten milk and diluted it as was told todo so, then to follow the rest of the instructions, which in an emergency to try and find the English part amongst many other different languages with hardley any information at all they are ridiculous but unfortunately the baby bunny died 😢 as I didn't feed it properly I didn't know holding it a certain way would make it go to there lungs, so because I wasn't informed properly from asking for help this resulted to the baby dying 😭 I have never had any other animals to have had to go to a vets before but I'm sure if it was a dog or a cat they wouldn't just hand over medication without instructions on how it should be used surely would they same for a human, I just think surley the lady would of had the knowledge of how to feed the baby bunny correctly and for the sake of an extra 2 minutes to explain :( the bunny would still be alive now, instead I had to hold it while it took its last breath 😭 won't ever be asking these for help again in future not at all!! Liv is an amazing vet and succeeded in diagnosing my dogs problem and brought her relief, where 3 other vets had failed. This enabled tara my dog to have a good quality of life for 3 yrs, that she otherwise would never have had. I will always be forever grateful for this. Liv the vet has a no nonsense approach while showing a deep caring for animals and their owners . When the time came to put our animals to sleep all the staff where very supportive. liv has a way of explaining everything you want/need to know. ultimately she allowed dignity in death and always had the animals welfare uppermost in her mind. Top vet wouldn't go anywhere else. the only downside is the out of hours emergency care for this practise is in Cardiff. sarah parker Read Less
