My Mum & I have been bringing our dog Toby to this practice for the last 3 years and we can't recommend it highly enough. Everyone there is very friendly & welcoming and it is obvious that they genuinely care about & love animals. Both Kamila & Maciej are excellent vets in our experience - very professional, very caring and they have always looked after Toby really well. Maciej removed a pre-cancerous lump from Toby’s back 2 years ago and took him off harmful medication prescribed by a previous vet, both of which we were very grateful for. For the last year Kamila has been seeing him very frequently for a chronic ear condition and can only say what a lovely person she is as well as being so very good at her job - always smiling, friendly & kind and with the patience of a saint! The nurses and receptionists are all lovely too. So all in all we very much feel that everyone at the practice has Toby's best interests at heart and he is in very good hands there. Read Less

Within the 10 mins vision consultation, she rude to my cat by penetrating almost 2/3 (6cm) of the digital thermometer into his rectum that made he very uncomfortable and she even hit his chest so strong in proving my cat doesn't have thyroid problem! She never mentioned that she needs to do more further checking in identify the underlying problem to my cat, she also ignored the symptoms of my cat that I've told her. She just said my cat had no obvious abnormality but would giving he doses of a long acting antibiotic injection (Convenia) and an anti-inflammatory pain killer injection (Metacam) for no reason. She said if my cat does not have any improvement over the weekend then come back to have a blood test on Monday but he should be fine with the injections. When we back home, my cat he became lethargy, he doesn't drink or eat and he can't even walk at all, and he doesn't have urine over the Saturday night and Sunday (before visit the Vet, my cat still able to drink and had urine) and I can notice he was feeling pain from his bottom! I was going to bring he to see the Vet on the Next day earlier Monday morning but then he passed away! I am so devastated! Can't believe this is real, I have trusted the Vet but then my beloved cat has died! I checked the two injections over the internet and in fact find out many forum said should be aware of the above two injections and some of them even do not recommend to use them to cats and there has side effect, they would cause kidney failure! I so so regret to bring my beloved cat to visit this Vet! :~( My heart was broken because I sent he to death.... I've spoken to the Vet, I asked them to take my cat's body for post-mortem examination but they refused!
