Our practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practice is designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting area is light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets Tom, Julija and Hazel will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.
Tom also hold the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and regularly completes referral level orthopaedic surgery, right here in Cardiff.
