Friendly, reasonable and an excellent service. Michael and Anne are real cat lovers and their compassion for their feline patients shines through. As a human I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. Also, good free parking facilities with room to get cat box(es) safely in and out, comfortable waiting area with lots of cat pictures and literature and of course no distressing dogs in the waiting area! I have been taking my cats here for many years and the service is wonderful. I now have only one cat, they were brilliant when I had my elderly cat Mitzi put to sleep and kept her there over the Christmas period until I had decided what to do.  The vet and his wife are wonderful and sooo knowledgeable about every breed of cat.  It is the most calming atmosphere and they are very caring.  They work a lot with Cat Protection and I would give them 11/10.  I would never go anywhere else Read Less

If there were more than 5 stars then they would have those ... as a specialist cat clinic I am so confident that any ailment/routine check is carried out in the best possible way, Michael and Anne are superb in all areas, and I just hope retirement isn't an option! I have 3 Siamese and have been taking them here for 7+ years... I was recommended by my breeder and haven't looked elsewhere! Their understanding of the Siamese(and I'm sure other breeds also) psyche has helped in every way, especially in the last month when a very boisterous and self assured kitten joined the family and a lot of sulking followed ... cant praise this clinic enough! Took my cat after a very poor experience with another vet and after travelling with my cat to different countries; Cardiff Cat Clinic is by far the BEST vet clinic I've ever taken my cat to. With them it is all about the cat's wellbeing and they will NEVER make you come all the way to the clinic if it is not beneficial for your kitty. Dr Morgan is fantastic and his secretary is very sweet. They might be a bit more expensive than other vets but again with them they are not after your money but the health of your cat. Fantastic service from the beginning. Very calm space for cats. Vet was very attentive. Veterinary Nurse cuddled our cat whilst she was being examined, calming her down. Previous vets had dismissed our cat's skin condition as fighting with other cats but the CCC vet recognised it straight away and treated it. Today our cat is completely different. Calmer, friendlier, and the rash has already started to resolve itself. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Read Less
