very rude and unhelpful staff. Booked visit and staff didnt mention that i should go to Cowbridge road not Rumney. I spend 45 minutes to drive to Cardiff and stress my dogs and not being able to sort ...
very rude and unhelpful staff. Booked visit and staff didnt mention that i should go to Cowbridge road not Rumney. I spend 45 minutes to drive to Cardiff and stress my dogs and not being able to sort vacinate.

Great vets we've taken our staffy to a few different vets as he suffers from skin allergies and they've been so helpful and you can see the vet truly loves animals

My 13 yr old cat Spoony was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney back in 2014 here & had her scans at their sister vetinary surgery in Marlborough Rd, Roath. They handled everything with care, kindness...
My 13 yr old cat Spoony was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney back in 2014 here & had her scans at their sister vetinary surgery in Marlborough Rd, Roath. They handled everything with care, kindness & consideration for all concerned, including me.
When the time came for her to be put to sleep in February 2016 they exceeded all of my expectations. The appointment at the surgery was at a quiet time(9am)
They explained everything clearly to me & nothing was rushed & it felt right.
Although it was a stressful time, I knew there was nothing more they or anyone else could do for her & not wanting to see her suffer in anyway, I knew the time had come.
I can't praise Sarah(vet) enough - she made the whole journey one of ease, respect, sympathy & genuine concern all round...THANK YOU.

I'd highly recommend them!
The surgery is ideally located on Cowbridge Rd East in Canton, making finding it easy. There's abundant parking in the nearby streets & car parks. The staff are all very friendly & they offer good free advice.
Excellent value all round.
