Six months ago I took in a stray kitten with cat flu hr was taken to the vets and I was told to put him to sleep I refused as I'd taken care of many kittens with cat flu and had a very high success rate with them the vet then stated if she decides to euthanize him she will I then explained to her that legally she can't without permission so she gave him some antibiotics all of which cost me £89 so next visit she then tells me his eye needs to be removed i told her he's still to weak and as his eye was closed she couldn't know the extent of the damage so she gave me some cream costing £50 he made a complete recovery and is now seven months old so I took him this morning to be neutered she took one look at him and refused to do the operation because his eyes were watery and he had cat flu which is rubbish he certainly dosnt have it again so I explained that in the mornings his eyes do get like this its just a left over affect of the cat flu she stated that she had other cats to think of and he would infect them but told me to book another appointment in 3 weeks her attitude was terrible Read Less

Took my 5 month old kitten to get spayed around 2 months ago. A lot more expensive than a previous vet for my other cat of a similar age and they make you pay more for the collar!!!!! Now several months later the stitches still haven’t dissolved and have become infected with blood and pus leaking out. Absolutely disgraceful service, they’re only out for your money! The only good thing about this branch is how lovely the staff were. It is sad that the vets do not mirror the quality of customer care to that of the practice. I feel more confident in the receptionist operating on my cat.
Now, if you’ve manage to get this far into the review then that’s great! Because I only have one thing more to say. I am definitely moving vets. Read Less

Always really easy to get an appointment but was never really satisfied with the outcome of any of those appointments. I took my dog there for her entire life only because I couldn't find one locally at the time and parking was easy etc. Plus you expect a large organisation such as this to be good. Unfortunately for my dog in her last year of life I took her back and forth so many times but they were never very forthcoming with advice or tests etc. Even though I had insurance. Sadly by the time they suggested biopsies & blood tests she was so frail, had lost so much weight and could barely stand or walk without stumbling or falling that at 14 yrs of age we took the decision to have her put down :'-(
We did have a lovely sympathy card from them worn her paw print on but would have rather we still had our dog.
On the plus side we have a new rescue dog but I won't BA talking him there!Read Less
