I was quoted £130 in the morning for cat neutered and micro chip, then asked for £163 when I picked my cat up, receptionist said the first price was only a quote not including the micro chip, which was added afterwards even though I was quoted for neuter and micro chip when signing the declaration in the morning. They expected me to pay an extra £30 due to their error and asked for it twice, which was then removed rightfully as it was included on a voucher discount anyway. Receptionist made a loud sigh noise as I picked my cat up to exit after I paid, attempting to extort £30 over the estimate. Read Less
