The actual vets are great and care about the animals, however receptionists and the manager will disregard what the vets advise completely. My cat needed medication that was prescribed by the vet. Prior to even booking the appointment I explained to receptionist over the phone that I didn't get paid until Friday and she said it was fine as they would not refuse treatment if needed. So we went to the vets, she prescribed antibiotics and painkillers, which were taken back by reception upon leaving, even though we had previously agreed that I would phone on Friday to pay any outstanding amount for meds. Obviously don't care about animals wellbeing. My cat has a fever. Hopefully her internal organs will be fine til Friday.... Read Less
