Fantastic practice, was previously with vets4pets wheatley, what a big difference, friendly, professional, caring, I can't say enough, this is the best by a long way, the way they have looked after my baby since her leg opp on Friday is amazing , nothing is too much trouble, it has never been in and out in a flash and still not knowing what was wrong. On every occasion which we took our Springer Spaniel to this Surgery the treatment and care given by the staff was 100% and our minds were put at ease whatever the problem and as our dog got older there were quite a few problems When eventually at 14 years of age our dog had to be put to sleep this was carried out with care, compassion and dignity making a very sad day for us bearable. Terrible place. Never once been greeted with a smile. The staff don't interact with the animals be it adult dogs or puppies visiting for the first time. I really don't understand the other reviews and don't understand why I've put up with their service for 3 years. Let's hope there's a vet out there who can smile and be friendly with pet owners and also reassure, stroke or even like animals. Money isn't always everything Bentley vets. Read Less

I had had my dog for over 9 years of my life. The vets helped him out of his pain and gave him the best care and love they could. They have fantastic staff who are very friendly, caring and helpful. They have always treated my dogs like their own, always putting themselves out to provide professional care. They are very helpful and compassionate. I have taken my dogs to this vetenary practice for major surgery and the surgeons have not just carried out the treatment's that have been required in a highly professional way but have also provided me with plenty of after care and valuable advice.
