Our cat, Tinks, has had to visit the vet a few times since March due to breathing issues, which we now know is asthma. The first time this happened was not long after we got her and we didn’t have her registered. Bentley Road Vet allowed us to quickly register and come in straight away to be seen. Since then their care has been amazing, everything has been thoroughly explained and their expert knowledge is very reassuring. Tinks doesn’t appreciate her vet, but we do :)

Not only was I treated so kindly and considerately by all the members of staff but my dog was given 5 star treatment from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone who wants their pet to have the greatest of care

I can't say enough, this is the best by a long way, the way they have looked after my baby since her leg opp on Friday is amazing , nothing is too much trouble, it has never been in and out in a flash and still not knowing what was wrong.
All the staff are great, would not go anywhere else now my dogs love them to bits, keep up the good work, the team is the best 😁

On every occasion which we took our Springer Spaniel to this Surgery the treatment and care given by the staff was 100% and our minds were put at ease whatever the problem and as our dog got older there were quite a few problems
When eventually at 14 years of age our dog had to be put to sleep this was carried out with care, compassion and dignity making a very sad day for us bearable. I would recommend anyone to use this Surgery and cannot rate all of their staff highly enough

They were so caring considerate and helpful with our old boy and did everything they could to make his life more comfortable and easy for him to the end. Even came out to our home to send him peacefully to the rainbow bridge!!! Would never go anywhere else. Thank you

Terrible place. Never once been greeted with a smile. The staff don't interact with the animals be it adult dogs or puppies visiting for the first time. I really don't understand the other reviews and don't understand why I've put up with their service for 3 years. Let's hope there's a vet out there who can smile and be friendly with pet owners and also reassure, stroke or even like animals.
Money isn't always everything Bentley vets.

They have fantastic staff who are very friendly, caring and helpful. They have always treated my dogs like their own, always putting themselves out to provide professional care. They are very helpful and compassionate. I have taken my dogs to this vetenary practice for major surgery and the surgeons have not just carried out the treatment's that have been required in a highly professional way but have also provided me with plenty of after care and valuable advice. They use good quality products in comparison to other surgeries that I have used previously. I would not consider taking my dogs to any other practice. Well done to a fantastic team!

I have taken my dogs to this vetenary practice for major surgery and the surgeons have not just carried out the treatment's that have been required in a highly professional way but have also provided me with plenty of after care and valuable advice. They use good quality products in comparison to other surgeries that I have used previously. I would not consider taking my dogs to any other practice. Well done to a fantastic team!
