Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.

I have a mixed review. I felt the reception personnel were nice and friendly. I was happy with the fee I paid, but I was not happy with the vet I seen. I felt she was too impersonal, spoke much too quickly and didn't seem to really care, it was as if she was trying to get the visit over with as quickly as possible. I'd prefer a vet who took the time to talk with me about my puppy and not someone simply going through the motions.

Great place if you've got a bottomless pit of money. Our cat had enough blood tests to sink a battleship and ended up having to be put down at another vets. Not a good experience. Would not recomme...

Not professional, not bothered, took my beloved rabbit to them in quite good condition still tried to eat. He had injections and died 2hrs later at home in so horrible way jumping on sides. It was terrible to look at it. I took him straight back, they took him on the back and 5min later informed me he passed away :( Why do they take pets on the back than you can't see what are they doing? I asked about necropsy I heard they don't do it very often and it may come with no results either. It just happens sometimes - I heard... My little six years old daughter was crying so much I've never heard before...He was diamond of our home and diamond of our hearts...

I had a 15 year old g.s.d. dog who could not walk amd clearly needed putting to sleep , I did ask for a home visit but the practice could not do it due to short notice and being busy , I recieved a call back saying if i could get my dog in the car they would be ready for me when i arrive , I did this and the staff met me and were superb , they came out and carried my dog in the side door and the lady with the dark hair was so caring and explained everything to me which really helped me at this sad time, when it was over she told me to go out of the side door without me paying saying we will phone you about payment later, That to me is a practice that cares about your pets and not your money.. many thanks to the Wheatley branch for the way they made this sad time for me easier.. Thank you..

I went to buy some repeat flea/worm etc treatment from your branch in Wheatley today (14 September 3.15pm).The male receptionist was the most patronising individual I have ever come across. He spoke to me as if I was 5 years old when telling me that it was, 'unfortunately' 11 days out of the 6 month period since my cat had been seen by the vet. This branch is a couple of minutes away from where I live, otherwise I would change vets. I hope I never have to deal with him again - maybe some training in customer service would help!!

Would give no stars these vets are just a franchise more interested in making money with expensive treatments rather than the pet's welfare. If I could prove it I would swear they killed my dog but they were the nearest vets open on a Sunday morning and they gave her a completely different treatment from what my usual vet gave my other 3 dogs which were all fine. If I were you go somewhere else.

Friendly vets! Have neutured my rabbit and gave great acvice. They also had some pet products to buy, and they sold the rabbit food which I fed my rabbits! Overal great vets

If I could prove it I would swear they killed my dog but they were the nearest vets open on a Sunday morning and they gave her a completely different treatment from what my usual vet gave my other 3 dogs which were all fine. If I were you go somewhere else.
