Can't express how brill this surgery is. Been to other local ones, didn't like seeing different vets every time at one, and the other had a nurse/manager that is very hard-faced, uncaring. Pinfold house is always one of two vets that you see, all the staff are so caring and lovely to all the animals, and they really do put your pets first and treat them as they would their own. This place has receptionists that actually smile (a miracle!) and are super friendly and can't do enough to help xxx

Pinfold house is always one of two vets that you see, all the staff are so caring and lovely to all the animals, and they really do put your pets first and treat them as they would their own.
