Refused to help as my cat was having a fit, citing GDPR (does not apply to animals) and then promptly proceeded to argue with me and was completely unhelpful, after 20 years using this vets this level of service and ignorance and out right stupidity of its staff mean I will no longer take any animal here and would strongly recommend you avoid this place.

I telephoned your Doncaster practice today as my cat is in distress as he has been bitten on his leg and it is very floppy. The receptionist had no compassion/caring side to her whatsoever. I have been a client for nearly 10 years now and was very disappointed that she could not get me in with an urgent appointment from 4pm today. I have never experienced this until now.

Awful vet practice, even their vets are leaving. The admin staff are a bunch of rude, incompetent, useless and unhelpful people who do not care at all about the welfare of your pet. Don't bother to request a prescription online or send an email as you will have to ring them and their excuse will always be that they have not received it. I had to chase them for 3 weeks to give me an appointment for my dog's rabbies vaccination to go abroad to be told that they were not going to vaccinate my dog as they were only giving appointments to very sick dogs. This caused us a lot of distress as we had to ring many vets on that day to be able to get our pup vaccinated in time to have his Animal Health Certificate issued. If we had not found another vet on that day, we would have had to cancel our holidays, loose a lot of money and most importantly, not see our family one more year who we had not been able to see due to the pandemic. I explained all these issues to the person on the phone who was refusing to give me an appointment although I have been told for 3 weeks that my dog was going to be vaccinated and this horrible woman showed no mercy. I really hope this practice closes down soon as they are not fit for purpose.

Just a note to say thank you. On Saturday morning I called on the phone in a terrible state as my dog Millie was suffering with what I thought was a life or death situation. Even in times of coronavirus you at the Bessacarr branch found the time to help me and we both agreed that it was time to let my Millie go. This is a fantastic vet, unfortunatly i had to have my dog Pippa put to sleep, the staff were so caring they really showed how dedicated they are to their career. They sat and talked to her, she even got a sparkly plaster for her leg. Thankyou so much its was an awful experience that was made a little easier with the support from the staff. I highly recommed this vets. Thankyou to you all.

I had to go yesterday to have my best friend put to sleep, I have never had to do this before and didn’t really know what to expect. Dewi the vet was fantastic with my dog Levi and also the veterinary nurse, they stroked him and showed him love all the way through. The experience was very hard but made easier by the caring staff. Thank you so much for the care you showed us and our boy in his last few minutes x

I see Colette Wilde at the practice, I followed her from her old practice & can 110% recommend her & this practice. Their only interest is our pets well being, there's none of the unnecessary upsell that sadly the majority of other vets are pushing. Colette has treated all my Persian cats, and when I sadly lost my best friend Freddie she was a rock of strength to both myself & Freddie, I knew leaving my boy in her care he would be treated with the upmost respect & love he deserved, I had him cremated & will never be able to thank Colette for how she helped us both. I now have a new generation of Persians who I know will be given the best of care by Colette & all at Two Counties Vets. Your mad if you don't go there!

Everyone we have met from vet, nurses and reception have been fantastic, they took the time to make us feel at ease and answered all our questions. We walked away feeling confident our baby was in very good hands. Can't recommend this place enough. Truly believe the animal is priority.

Found Two Counties after my previous vet retired and sold to a national franchise. What a breath of fresh air! Have only had to go for a couple of minor problems so far, but Dewi and the team clearly have the skills and ethics that make for a superb vet practice. We went to the Bessacarr practice today for the first time. Margaret the vet was lovely, very thourough, friendly and helpful. See you all in 6 months for Max's boosters :-) 25/11/13 We've had occasion to need urgent treatment for our senior citizen Mr Max who caught a nasty bout of kennel cough. I can't thank the staff enough for their prompt service & lovely manner. Colette was just lovely. My eyes were leaking quite badly, apparently that's a known side effect! All is well Mr Max lives to tell the tale x

The diagnosis and treatment he received from two counties was first class he is still as bouncy as ever [boxer dog!!!]
i would recommend two counties as being a very caring professional organisation.

I see Colette Wilde at the practice, I followed her from her old practice & can 110% recommend her & this practice. Their only interest is our pets well being, there's none of the unnecessary upsell that sadly the majority of other vets are pushing. Colette has treated all my Persian cats, and when I sadly lost my best friend Freddie she was a rock of strength to both myself & Freddie, I knew leaving my boy in her care he would be treated with the upmost respect & love he deserved, I had him cremated & will never be able to thank Colette for how she helped us both. I now have a new generation of Persians who I know will be given the best of care by Colette & all at Two Counties Vets. Your mad if you don't go there!

I have been registered at the Bessacarr branch for many years now and I have to tell you that I have always had first class service from all the very friendly staff who go that extra mile for you and your pets. I would not dream of going any where else.

These vetsites in my opinion are the best in Doncaster, they have looked after my animals a couple of which were very poorly and they have been fantastic. They are only interested in the animals well ...

Absolutely fabulous vets. So glad I found this practise and will be registering all my pets here. Everyone we have met from vet, nurses and reception have been fantastic, they took the time to make us feel at ease and answered all our questions. We walked away feeling confident our baby was in very good hands. Can't recommend this place enough. Truly believe the animal is priority.

My little dog Zippy fell ill and spent a couple of days under the care of the Two Counties team. The service was fantastic, not only caring for my little boy but giving him all the attention and cuddles he needed whilst we could not be with him. He couldn't wait to go back today! Thank you for keeping us updated throughout and keeping him safe and well. He is now back to himself causing mischief :)

Found Two Counties after my previous vet retired and sold to a national franchise. What a breath of fresh air! Have only had to go for a couple of minor problems so far, but Dewi and the team clearly have the skills and ethics that make for a superb vet practice. The animals clearly come first, it's not all about the money - unlike a lot of practices now. Thanks for all the help with Rhys - and the generous bill :-)

We went to the Bessacarr practice today for the first time. Margaret the vet was lovely, very thourough, friendly and helpful. See you all in 6 months for Max's boosters :-) 25/11/13 We've had occasion to need urgent treatment for our senior citizen Mr Max who caught a nasty bout of kennel cough. I can't thank the staff enough for their prompt service & lovely manner. Colette was just lovely. My eyes were leaking quite badly, apparently that's a known side effect! All is well Mr Max lives to tell the tale x

The diagnosis and treatment he received from two counties was first class he is still as bouncy as ever [boxer dog!!!]
i would recommend two counties as being a very caring professional organisation.
