Unfortunately had to go with a friend to get her dog put to sleep. All staff from the receptionist to the vet were lovely and understanding, really really kind and let us take our time. Can not recomm...

Not the vets it used be..not personal anymore...more money orientation. .shame we went there for 33 years from it being Barkers. But won't be returning .

Very caring. Unlike other vets this isn't a cattle market of how many animals they can see in a day. The operated on my dog and from start to finish were simply amazing.

The practice changed ownership in 2016. I recently visited to find out how I might register my pet there. I was told that a number of vets had recently left and that there was no prospect of new patients being taken on any time soon. There is no mention of this on their website, which appears not to have been updated since the previous owners retired. Judging from reviews there is every reason to expect good service here if you are an existing customer. Hopefully the loss of vets and the failure to update the website is coincidental to it having new owners. The reception I got was fairly indifferent and didn't encourage me to look there again.

Fabulous vets. I have tried all the vets in Grimsby and Cleethorpes over the years and this is definitely the best. I have spoken to other people who have said the same thing too. They have recently extended and grown too, upgrading the size of the premises in North Thoresby.

Thank you so very much for your home visit last night. Our poorly boys were given so much care and empathy, and you went above and beyond the call of duty. You allowed them, and us, compassion and dignity at a time when we were distraught. Life can be difficult when saying goodbye to you best boys for 15 years, and you could not have done more to make this a smoother passage for them. Bless you, very much appreciated x

The practice changed ownership in 2016. I recently visited to find out how I might register my pet there. I was told that a number of vets had recently left and that there was no prospect of new patients being taken on any time soon.
