Brought my dog and you tried to charge me for flea and wormer I hadn't ordered. Ridiculously expensive and one of the receptionists were and have been on previous occasions extremely rude to me and other members of my family which makes it quite intimidating when I do bring my pets. When my dog has finished her very pricey treatment I won't be coming back here which is a shame because the vet I saw (I think her name was Seema) was lovely. Read Less

you rang my home to see if I could possibly change my appointment however i was not in so my wife tuck the message and she could not say yes or no. when i got back i tried to ring you only to get a automated message after 4 mins of repeated messaging i hung up. if we need a vet we do not expert a message trying to sell us products so please remove this message. if you are busy then let it ring at less we know you are busy. after 20 plus years of great service it is a big disappointment to find you seem more interested in sales than you are in the animals we trust you with.Read Less
