They are highly conscientious and professional. Every time I have visited, they have offered several treatment options, including methods to lower my bills and reduce overall costs. They focus on the comfort of your pet as well as the overall treatment of your pet. The vets are knowledgeable and are able to demonstrate it both in their procedure and method. Also, a shout out to the vet John Nicols, a man with unsurpassed rodent expertise. I am always impressed with the level of detail he goes into, and with the multi-faceted approach he takes when dealing with and treating small pets.

What can I say everyone that works here is amazing, when my little scampy was ill and not himself after a 2nd fit in 3 days, rang them, they told me to fetch him down straight away, knowing at 16 this...
What can I say everyone that works here is amazing, when my little scampy was ill and not himself after a 2nd fit in 3 days, rang them, they told me to fetch him down straight away, knowing at 16 this was his time, I really can't praise them enough, they fully checked him over and then told me, even though he was breathing he had already given up to which I knew, I was then asked if I needed anyone else with me and if we needed to wait for any other family members to be there at the end, they treated me and scampy with care and dignity, they left me alone with him after to say my good byes wasn't rushed in any way, helped me pick what I wanted his ashes back in etc, a week later I got the call to say he was back, the phone call was so tactful, to the point where they asked if I was scampys mummy and that he was ready to pick up, from start to finish the service was amazing, only vets i would trust with my new baby girl

Staff are genuinely friendly and get to know the animals if you go regularly, which we unfortunately have had to do with 2 of our cats. It's a busy practice but they've always found room for us when there's been something urgent that needs attention, and we've always found the vets to be forthcoming with explanations, advice and possible alternative options.

We took our dog leo to the Rotherham.branch more than a month ago as he was scooting on the carpet and biting his back leg.He had his anal gland emptied.His problem with scooting continued and the day before we went on holiday my husband contacted the Rotherham surgery as leo.was still.in discomfort and scooting on his bottom,concerned he may have an infection we asked if he could have some anti.biotics ,this was refused by the female vet who.saw him previously.During our holiday in Suffolk we had to take him to a vet there at further cost.Trying to get an appointment with a senior vet at Crookes is difficult and the receptionists we have spoken to have been dismissive and unhepful.Leo is still presenting the same problems and as bitten his leg Raw !!! Have no faith in vets at the moment

Our springer spaniel Alfie has only ever received outstanding care at crooks, he's only 5yrs old but has had plenty of visits here in that time. He's had a few minor ops to stitch a cut paw, remove skin from a scratched eyeball and to have his ear stitched after ripping it on barbed wire as well as the usual doggy gland stuff and vaccinations. I'm always more than happy with the treatment we have received especially as alf is always a nervous patient.

Our springer spaniel Alfie has only ever received outstanding care at crooks, he's only 5yrs old but has had plenty of visits here in that time. He's had a few minor ops to stitch a cut paw, remove skin from a scratched eyeball and to have his ear stitched after ripping it on barbed wire as well as the usual doggy gland stuff and vaccinations. I'm always more than happy with the treatment we have received especially as alf is always a nervous patient.

My nans cat goes here and it took them 3 months for them to find out that he had ringworm. They have gave him medication and it is not working or at times it can make him worse. My grandparents don't want to go here anymore due to the fact they call them in to buy more things that don't even work, it is disgusting to let our cat to get to such a terrible condition for them to do something that hasn't even helped! We will not come here again!

My dog came in yesterday 11th October for neutering & I must say the nurse who took my dog Cookie was outstanding. Her name was Sarah & she was very professional & caring. I explained that I was dreading bringing Cookie as the last time he went in the surgery the nurse was very rude & abrupt I was considering going elsewhere for his treatment but after yesterday my faith has been restored in Crooks. So its thank you to Sarah & she is a credit to the surgery unlike one bad apple.

Cannot praise these guys enough.If ever there is someone in the right job it has to be Grant the vet.So caring and oh so understanding even the fees are client friendly.My dog Charlie even loves him which is remarkable when you think of the sometimes embarrassing examinations he has had.A great vet but more important a lovely person.
I don't know were he gets his staff from but I think he must inject them with the Grant personality serum .Lovely people who I can't praise enough .Only one vet for my dog and that's these guys.

My dog came in yesterday 11th October for neutering & I must say the nurse who took my dog Cookie was outstanding. Her name was Sarah & she was very professional & caring. I explained that I was dreading bringing Cookie as the last time he went in the surgery the nurse was very rude & abrupt I was considering going elsewhere for his treatment but after yesterday my faith has been restored in Crooks. So its thank you to Sarah & she is a credit to the surgery unlike one bad apple.

Cannot praise these guys enough.If ever there is someone in the right job it has to be Grant the vet.So caring and oh so understanding even the fees are client friendly.My dog Charlie even loves him which is remarkable when you think of the sometimes embarrassing examinations he has had.A great vet but more important a lovely person.
I don't know were he gets his staff from but I think he must inject them with the Grant personality serum .Lovely people who I can't praise enough .Only one vet for my dog and that's these guys.
