You never see the same vet twice so there is no continuity with your pets treatment. The medication is far too expensive and they insist on seeing your pet to simply get flea and worming treatment , despite being able to buy it over the counter at a pharmacy. This has previously resulted in costly consultation fees just to weigh my dog. Finally, I wasn't happy with my puppy's castration operation in January. He was sent home bleeding, they reopened him for no reason and charged us extra for the anaesthetic, then tried to make out like he had a clotting disorder so they did loads of unnecessary blood tests which all came back normal and charged us nearly £350 for what should have been a routine operation. Not one apology or acknowledgement that they might have made a mistake. A few too many issues for me and after over 12 years with them, I'm leaving to take my animals elsewhere. It used to be a lovely practice before they refurbished the place and the girls on reception were lovely, now even they are different every time you go in. Our dog Reggie has visited the surgery on a few occasions. The staff have always been very polite and we have always felt welcome there. He has also attended the practices own puppy specialisation classes which were very useful and informative for me ad I have not owned a puppy for many years. Reggie had great fun. I would recommend the practice to my friends as they seem to be very caring and understanding. Read Less
