I travel slightly Futher than I need to so my pets can be seen here as the staff are all so genuine and caring. I've had a dog need a dew claw removal which at £154 including pain relief for at home wasn't terrible! Their kitten starter packs at £65 including first vaccines, 4 flea and work treatments and regular weight checks were so helpful for us! I also have direct debits set up to spread the cost of regular treatments such as flea, worm, and vaccines across the year. £14 for my medium sized dog and £10 for my 4kg can I can't complain about saving almost £200 a year just on regular treatments. Worst service from a vet I have ever experienced - receptionist was too busy in a conversation and blatantly ignored me - which I can allow for that but when my dog urinated they kicked out us outside - please remember dogs cannot say when they need to urinate like humans, but still they may be big on hygiene. But then to finish they would not even look at my dog because abbey vets (registered) would not release the records ( I do find that slightly warped). What he's an animal what needed looking at and I've never felt as unwelcome anywhere, I've been to other vets who are really warm and welcoming. Maybe it's just me being too harsh or misunderstanding, I don't know - I just know I felt unwelcome there. However I can't judge the vets themselves as I never saw one. Read Less
