Absolutely top marks for Mike (vet) Millie and Chloe (nurses) who immediately spotted that my dog was suffering from Acute Heamorrhagic Gastro Enteritis. A killer. She was seen immediately, isolated a...
Absolutely top marks for Mike (vet) Millie and Chloe (nurses) who immediately spotted that my dog was suffering from Acute Heamorrhagic Gastro Enteritis. A killer. She was seen immediately, isolated and had a nursing team looking after her until she was transferred to a specialist hospital. Even then, it was touch and go. Had they not acted as they did, I would not have my big girl back with me now. They all stayed hours beyond the end of their working day, they booked taxis and ambulances for me and really went above and beyond. I will never hesitate to put my dog in their hands. ‘Thank you’ just doesn’t cover it but it is all I have. THANK YOU.

The quality of care has gone down over the years. Never get to see the same vet twice so you have to explain every time why you're there as they don't read the medical notes taken from the last visit....
The quality of care has gone down over the years. Never get to see the same vet twice so you have to explain every time why you're there as they don't read the medical notes taken from the last visit. The 'good' vets seem to have left to go to work at different surgeries. Very expensive and in a difficult place to get to as ecclesall road is always busy.

Fantastic vets! We bought a little kitty in September last year and he has had a few trips to the vets for various things. We have seen two vets Armando and Caroline and they are both so friendly/calm...
Fantastic vets! We bought a little kitty in September last year and he has had a few trips to the vets for various things. We have seen two vets Armando and Caroline and they are both so friendly/calming and have been great all round :). The reception staff are also super friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this vets. Thank you little Jazzy is one happy cat now :) xx

Everything that a vets could get wrong.. they have 110%. Forgot to do a certain procedure on pet while under their care, charged wrong price, given wrong treatment to take home, wrong label on bottles...
Everything that a vets could get wrong.. they have 110%. Forgot to do a certain procedure on pet while under their care, charged wrong price, given wrong treatment to take home, wrong label on bottles, no treatment instructions given, given wrong dosage for animal, didn't register animals microchip, the list goes on. On top of that the staff who work there are incompetent, but I guess that's obvious from the above, even when making a complaint you don't even receive a call back.. When your pets are your family you want them treated with care and they definitely weren't here. I would honestly seriously avoid this place.

Forgot to do a certain procedure on pet while under their care, charged wrong price, given wrong treatment to take home, wrong label on bottles, no treatment instructions given, given wrong dosage for animal, didn't register animals microchip, the list goes on. On top of that the staff who work there are incompetent, but I guess that's obvious from the above, even when making a complaint you don't even receive a call back.. When your pets are your family you want them treated with care and they definitely weren't here. I would honestly seriously avoid this place.

We have seen two vets Armando and Caroline and they are both so friendly/calming and have been great all round :). The reception staff are also super friendly and very helpful.
