We have had our animals with this vet for approx 2 years. Never had a problem until today when Sally the vet was horrific in her care with our severely anxious dog who had ripped her toe nail out. She...
We have had our animals with this vet for approx 2 years. Never had a problem until today when Sally the vet was horrific in her care with our severely anxious dog who had ripped her toe nail out. She shouted at our dog for pawing her muzzle causing her to be even more stressed which when there is an open bleeding wound caused more blood through raised BP. My husband was furious and removed our dog from the practice immediately. Within 30 mins we’d made arrangements to move vets. Sally has made comments before which I tolerated for the sake of our dog/s but causing such distress to an already distressed dog is unforgivable and unprofessional.

Such a warm friendly welcome with our 2 big dogs. They staff can't do enough for you or your pets. It's a clean and must say CALM environment to be in. So glad we made the move to Highlands Vets.

We've only started using this veterinary practice recently but already we have found that the staff here are really friendly and there is a very nice atmosphere in here when we take our dogs. Glad we moved from the last vets now, only wish we'd found this place earlier.

Every year I receive a great service. My dog has a health check, weight done and annual booster. I am given health advice for my family pet and have always had a positive experience on every visit.

The best veterinary practice in the area. Kind and always helpful, especially as I am disabled and find it difficult to carry my cat box to and from the car. When I was distraught on losing my beloved cat, they couldn't have been kinder. I highly recommend Highland Veterinary Practice.

Highland vets is highly recommended, when it came time for us to let Charley go, they were kind and considerate. This has carried on with Lexy, wouldn't go anywhere else tbh.

l took my little westie to see sally and the rest of the staff due to him having bad breathe and some bad teeth.
l can always say everytime l have gone sally explainsceverything in full and is caring....

We have taken our bearded collie, Poppy, to Highland Vet Clinic for over 8 years. We are always warmly welcomed by the reception staff and the veterinary staff, too, are excellent. The nurses and vets show sensitivity to Poppy's needs. This has been most evident when she had severe digestive problems three years ago, eighteen months ago when she had a stroke and, most recently, when she has been diagnosed as having pancreatitis. In addition they have been quick to attend more minor problems professionally and with care. If you are looking for a vets clinic where each pet is treated as if it were special, look no further.

We have had our animals with this vet for approx 2 years. Never had a problem until today when Sally the vet was horrific in her care with our severely anxious dog who had ripped her toe nail out. She shouted at our dog for pawing her muzzle causing her to be even more stressed which when there is an open bleeding wound caused more blood through raised BP.
