At Companion Care we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Companion Care practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Companion Care, why not take a practice tour?
Really good vets. The team are alwys helpful and happy to advise. Highly recommend!

Pricing of small animal checkups and medical services are reasonable. Friendly staff out front. I came in once with my syrian hamster that had overgrown top teeth for the second time. The nurse was fairly knowledgeable about what's happened but wasn't fluent English. She took her away in her carrying case and that was the last of her for around 20 minutes. When she came back she was dizzy from the anaesthetic. Got home and let her rest for a bit but noticed that one side of her head was indent almost as if she's had a small stroke or quite possibly the nurse was rough with her trying to get into her mouth.
I'm not sure what happened but I wasn't aware at the time however if I knew this beforehand I would've said something immediately. CHECK YOUR PET BEFORE YOU LEAVE. ESPECIALLY SMALL ANIMALS. Read Less
