At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Sally the main vet is brilliant, but seem to have lots of foreign vets which doesn't fill me with confidence that the other vets understands what I'm telling them.

Both of my cats are registered with this veterinary practice. My cats always receive brilliant care and attention whenever they visit for their checkups and boosters.
Recently, one of my cats needed an emergency appointment. I called at 8.30am, was seen at 8.45am and managed to get to work only 5 minutes late at 9.05am. Exceptional, friendly staff and brilliant service for your pets.

Totally awful experience!! Our girl was really seriously ill they had no haste at all, were so vague about what they were going to be doing to her and made us feel totally unwlecome. Whilst they did make her better they still explained nothing and became awkward with claims form as well. Will not be using again. After using vets4pets for years i'm shocked to come by one that totally ruins the name and reputation.

Absolutely rubbish and a rip off!!! Took my dog here several times in a small space of time. They kept asking Me to bring him in again day after day with no diagnosis, yet costing me almost £50 a visi...
Absolutely rubbish and a rip off!!! Took my dog here several times in a small space of time. They kept asking Me to bring him in again day after day with no diagnosis, yet costing me almost £50 a visit. I thought no more, took him to another vet the following day, diagnosed the problem straight away and has been fine since.

Don't even bother going there. Never the same vet owns it. Never keep the same staff, very expensive rip of, don't care about your pet. Made my dogs suffer for years, each person contradict the other,...
Don't even bother going there. Never the same vet owns it. Never keep the same staff, very expensive rip of, don't care about your pet. Made my dogs suffer for years, each person contradict the other, just gone to another vet and illness sorted within a few days.

Totally awful experience!! Our girl was really seriously ill they had no haste at all, were so vague about what they were going to be doing to her and made us feel totally unwlecome. Whilst they did make her better they still explained nothing and became awkward with claims form as well. Will not be using again. After using vets4pets for years i'm shocked to come by one that totally ruins the name and reputation.

I thought no more, took him to another vet the following day, diagnosed the problem straight away and has been fine since.
