Unless you want your pet tortured and misdiagnosed this probably isnt the vet you should choose. The my locked my Maine Coon in a cage and painfully drained his chest cavity of fluid for 6 WEEKS whilst not bothering to wonder why. When they finally admitted they are completely inadequate my cat was diagnosed OVER THE PHONE in 30 seconds by another vet. He had HCM which is a known congenital defect in Maine coons. Ralph when you first met Cougar in January 2010 he was 6 ½ years old and you explained that his heart condition couldn't get any worse! From that day on you have been Cougars vet and he will see nobody else. Recently after catching what was believed to be a very bad bout of Cat Flu and because of his heart condition you were restricted to the treatment you could safely provide but you and your staff gave him your undivided attention. Took my old dog in who had/has bad breath, lady said she would remove at least 10 teeth that were rotting and the cause of the problem. I agreed as I trusted she knew what she was doing.i feel so bad for my dog as she was rough after procedure. Any way my dogs breath still smells, and they charged me £400 for the procedure! They removed teeth that didn’t obviously need removing and didn’t remove the teeth that needed doing. I actually said to the lady “are you sure they all need removing as I thought that they looked fine. ( I’m not a detist I know ). In my opinion they over charged, and on this occasion didn’t do the job. Ralph was amazing with my dog missy we arrived on a short break when she had breathing problems we were given his number and they saw us straight away she needed X-rays blood test and oxygen amazing staff made you feel at ease Read Less

Whow what excellent staff amazing surgery made you feel at ease my dog was pretty poorly at the start of our break to Rudyard and could not breath properly we were given Ralphs number and they saw her straight away put her on oxygen which helped a little but he did a great job and now she's enjoying her break thanks to everyone xxx Read Less
