Utter shambles - no communication between them and their equine vets who are based at another location. Walked in and spoke to the receptionist who had no clue what I was talking about after I had spoken to an equine vet the day before. Receptionist palmed me off with a phone number which I was later told she should have made the call for me. A total of 5 visits later and I finally picked up the pain relief for my pony. There is a reason my other horses aren’t registered here!
