All staff a credit not a rude person working here we have been at different times .. ample parking .. great set up .. vets Ben & Nick are a credit to profession .. our previous vets staff need to send there staff to park house for a full week show they can be shown how it’s done by park house. We noticed several little things which are better for patient owner expiry dates on all meds yes it should be done a given but elsewhere it’s not hence we left after our of date frugs prescribed to us. Weight machine always working at park house again a bonus. All round a no brainier to move all pets over to park house. You should be proud of all staff for being polite caring professionals. Excellent facilities. Our pets are getting up to date care from a new centre up to date scanners up to date vets win win. Read Less

Our younger dog was moved to park house after poor care elsewhere misdiagnosis failings she has been given a concrete diagnosis put on correct medication given superb advice by vets so we moved Our older dog over as she was deteriorating under the care of prev vet lame wouldn’t use 1 of her legs a normally hyper fit dog was not a patch of herself. She was never ever scanned at prev vet we went to see vet fir first time we was anxious as she is nervous & not good with strangers snappy at other dogs we need not worried park house are superb top notch staff We only went once had scan booked swiftly Vet Ben explained all his findings spent time with us was understanding sympatheticgave advice treatment plan was a new injection with another injection which she never had before what a change we have our girl back she is 11 she was looking like a 16 year old she is now like a puppy we can’t thank park house for there determination in getting diagnosis & correct concoction SIMPLY THE BEST Read Less

We have been under park house for 5 months our previous vets of 34 years locally had failed us with our youngest dog we wanted a vet whom was competent in orthopaedic surgery. We had seen nick elsewhere so we booked in for a second opinion. On our first visit we was shocked how professional polite caring and lovely the receptionist are no rudeness barking snappy like elsewhere. Expiry dates on all meds unlike our out of date medications from prev vet bill broke down again unlike elsewhere. We wanted a concrete diagnosis everything was explained concise communication all levels superb even a check list explaining everything. We thought we would see how things go as we live in Wolverhampton well we stayed with them so impressed with nick & Ben all reception staff etc & professional set up we moved all our pets over in a flash. It’s a lot further but would rather travel knowing my pets & best friends are getting the best care. THANK YOU Read Less

Best vets in Stafford! Excellent practice with loads of off road parking which is just what you need when you have a sick pet. The reception team and the nurses were all so friendly and professional and the building was spotlessly clean even at the end of the day. My dog was seriously ill and had been seen at another vets earlier the same day but we were really unhappy with their service and attitude. Ben was great with my dog who is very nervous at the vets and put us all at ease, he needed an emergency operation and a lot of TLC from the team but he made a full recovery. I have now moved my other pets over to Park House Vets and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone in the Stafford area. Would give ten stars if I could! Thank you to all the team for the care you gave and for staying behind so late at night. It is good to know that there is still one vets in Stafford that cares and provides a true emergency service! Fantastic service even on Christmas Day! My normally lunatic dog couldn't get up on Christmas morning and I felt really guilty calling Ben out. He was incredibly kind and patient with us all (the whole family came!). We thought it would be the end of the line for him but after a very gentle examination and some serious pain relief by the afternoon he was back on his feet and begging for turkey but still didn't want sprouts, even Ben can't perform miracles! Excellent services provided at park house vets. The building is always clean. My dog tends to urinate a lot and the staff are always helpful and are quick to clean it up. My dog doesn't like the vets but Ben takes the time to fully check him over and is very good with him. When he was diagnosed with urinary problems Ben was very good at explaining the condition and the treatment and the team is always helpful when I call up regarding his condition. I could never fault both Ben and the team. Park house vets is recommended greatly by both myself and my dog.Read Less

My 63 year old mother uses this vet. If you would like to take your animal here and get shouted at for not beeing able to assist the vet due to a disability and sent out crying, feeling intimidated, verbally abused and pay for the privilidge Bens your guy. He should be ashamed of him self. I know of 2 other elderly people who have refused to take their pets back to this guy not because hes a bad vet. Just that his attitude stinks! Take a hint from Super Vet. Good customer service and politeness costs nothing. Read Less

Best vets in Stafford! Excellent practice with loads of off road parking which is just what you need when you have a sick pet. The reception team and the nurses were all so friendly and professional and the building was spotlessly clean even at the end of the day. Fantastic service even on Christmas Day! My normally lunatic dog couldn't get up on Christmas morning and I felt really guilty calling Ben out. He was incredibly kind and patient with us all (the whole family came!). We thought it would be the end of the line for him but after a very gentle examination and some serious pain relief by the afternoon he was back on his feet and begging for turkey but still didn't want sprouts, even Ben can't perform miracles! Excellent services provided at park house vets. The building is always clean. My dog tends to urinate a lot and the staff are always helpful and are quick to clean it up. My dog doesn't like the vets but Ben takes the time to fully check him over and is very good with him. When he was diagnosed with urinary problems Ben was very good at explaining the condition and the treatment and the team is always helpful when I call up regarding his condition. I could never fault both Ben and the team. Park house vets is recommended greatly by both myself and my dog.Read Less

My 63 year old mother uses this vet. If you would like to take your animal here and get shouted at for not beeing able to assist the vet due to a disability and sent out crying, feeling intimidated, verbally abused and pay for the privilidge Bens your guy. He should be ashamed of him self. I know of 2 other elderly people who have refused to take their pets back to this guy not because hes a bad vet. Just that his attitude stinks! Take a hint from Super Vet. Good customer service and politeness costs nothing. Read Less
