Our recent experience of this practice was unprofessional verging on negligence in so much as our bulldog was not treated properly almost landing ourselves with a significant unnecessary bill.

Our recent experience of this practice was unprofessional verging on negligence in so much as our bulldog was not treated properly almost landing ourselves with a significant unnecessary bill.
The administration and front desk of this business particularly the older receptionist who was at our appointment was far to busy discussing her slimming world progress and not concentrating on her job properly.
We have removed our pet from this vet and feel a lot more confident in our new veterinary surgeon.

I am really disappointed and do not recommend. Zero respect for the customer and animals. Only money concentrated. Wanted a simple vaccination, had the visit booked a week before, waited 30 min for the vet and heard that the vaccine would be done without starting an expensive plan. And the vaccine was not even there (thought it just sounded like lying)! Why couldn`t I hear it before I got there? Absolutely no respect for my time and money and for the well being of my very tired and frightened pets! I don`t know it is their usual practice or if they just wanted to rip me off because I`m foreigner but it really was unpleasant visit and I won`t ever use their services.

Just joined the Abbey Hilton surgery. Have been 3 times for different injections for my dog Lola. One of these 3 visits was tonight. The receptionist was very nice and the vet that I saw very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly and I didn't feel that everything was " rushed" which I felt with my previous vet. I didn't leave my previous surgery because they were bad, just this one is closer but I am pleased to have joined this surgery.

Since moving to the area in 2009 I have tried a few different vets, but nothing stood out to me until I tried Rogers, Brock & Barker. I'm picky over where to take my fur babies to and even when my Shih Tzu broke her leg they were brilliant both during and after the operation. They would call me to let me know how she was doing and Bart the vet was brilliant in the after care. We will always use Rogers Brock and Barker.

I am really disappointed and do not recommend. Zero respect for the customer and animals. Only money concentrated. Wanted a simple vaccination, had the visit booked a week before, waited 30 min for the vet and heard that the vaccine would be done without starting an expensive plan.
