Very poor customer service! Our puppy is very anxious and only 9 months old, The Vet wouldn’t let us in with her after asking and expressing our concerns as we know she will be in distress without us. The response was write to the state, the governments roll out of the vaccine is at fault not our rules at the practice, despite other vet practices allowing owners to enter with their pets with the correct PPE. Due to this, our puppy had to be put under sedation which could have been avoided if we were able to be there with her. Terrible customers service and we will definitely not be returning to Willow Endon, nor recommending to other pet owners we know. Read Less

Absolutely superb practice. Our elderly Shih Tzu needed major spinal surgery and I was very worried however their care and service could not have been better and he was only in for one night and then seen every few days. He was later found to have an enlarged prostate, they immediately started him on treatment and when the prostrate didn't respond they did further investigation and planned surgery, the surgery turned out to be another major operation and I was very concerned. However through excellent veterinary skills and outstanding care he came through with very little discomfort, He suffers badly from separation anxiety and they immediately recognised it and treated him so he was under no stress and was eating which he has never done for anyone before when not with us. Complete confidence in their diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend. Read Less

Been to this place for years now with many cats and dogs. Always pleased with the advice and service we have received from here. The vets seem very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions when asked and are also very gentle and accommodating when it comes to the animals. I've had nothing but positive experiences here in my time and would recommend them If you have a poorly animal friend you need get checked out. P.S they have changed there policy to appointments only now so I do advise calling to book and appointment as it's not open door anymore but to be honest it works much better this way. They do have a 24 hour emergency line also which is a great option I hope you and myself never have to use but it's good to know just incase. Read Less

I cannot fault Willow Veterinary. 3 years when my girl was having a difficult whelp they provided excellent out of hours emergency care. At first was advice over the phone, which was excellent and very reassuring, as things were not progressing as they should my girl needed to have an emergency c-section. This was carried out with the utmost care and advice from the vet when we arrived at Endon practice. I have the same exeperience recently where my other girl is having a delayed whelp, again the same excellent support on the other end of the phone. I cannot fault this veterinary practice one bit, where many vets now resort to using a franchise company for emergency out of hours care Willow Vets, is the actual vet staff which in my opinion and luckily for my dogs is a massive bonus!
