I visited here for a second opinion and I was extremely impressed with everything about this vets practice. From the moment I walked in the reception was extremely friendly and we chatted whilst I waited for my appointment. The vet I saw had a lovely manner. She thoroughly checked over my 11 year old Cocker Spaniel and even though I could have asked for further testing on the lumps my Spaniel has she advised that in her opinion this wasn't necessary. Obviously I appreciated her honesty and was reassured that her main focus wasn't to make money. She took her time withy dog and explained everything to me in detail and in a manner I could understand. I would highly recommend this Vets. I was attending Shires Vets but have had awful experiences there over the few years I was a customer of theirs. The reception staff there are unfriendly and robotic in their attitude and I always felt that I was given advice that maximised their profits as their first priority. I will happily return to these vets and trust them 110%

I go to the Stafford branch.....Excellent staff always friendly and welcoming. Vets always listen to you & they explain everything really well. Alison always answers the phone cheerfully & greets you with a smile when you enter the vets. Ive been taking my dog there now for nearly 8yrs & ive never had a problem with them, my son has been taking his dog for nearly 3yrs. I would recommend them to anybody.
