Have only just got round to posting my review, but was not impressed by my local practice. Found the male vet very abrupt when I went with my cat with an ear infection. The problem didn't clear after two visits so switched to a practice in Falkirk, who have been brilliant and the issue is now resolved. Read Less

No thought for owner feelings at the time where you have to say goodbye to your beloved faithfull family pet. After consultation I had to wait in my car with my dying pet on the small tight car park which is also on a brae for everyone going in see how upset I was after getting the news she had to go, to await my partner. We were then taken into the waiting room to await a further consultation with my wee pet on my knee. For a brand new veternary clinic this is a poor service to greiving pet lovers. I was in today with my bunnies for vaccination and with emergency calls and normal clinic the surgery was very busy. I was particularly impressed with the level of compassion shown by all the team after receiving a call about a pet who had passed away. Couldn't ask for better vets. We had been taking Molly since moving here 10 years ago until we sadly had to have her put to sleep last month. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice as everyone is so friendly and genuinely care about the animals brought in to them. 5* service every time we have been in with little Lexi. Recently Lexi wasn't feeling too great and I have to commend James for his through examination of her and advice and medication he prescribed. Made us feel at ease as we were very concerned about Lexi. Although she never picked up fully we went back to see Ruth and again we received 5* service, she expressed her concern and love for Lexi as if she was her own dog and wanted to do everything she could do to help get her back to full health. If you wish to register your pet here I wouldn't hesitate, they are trustworthy, kind and treat your pet with the best care possible and as if it was their own. Amazing practice, with staff that genuinely care for the animals. Lots of vets out there who care more about the money than anything else, but the vets and nurses couldn't have been more amazing looking after both my rabbits after being neutered. Everything was explained clearly and when one of them wasn't doing so well, they fit me in within 45 minutes and checked her over. 110% recommend to any and everyone. Won't go anywhere else! Having relocated to the area a few years ago I was looking for a caring vets, one that was more concerned about the pet not the money. I fell on my feet finding Polmont Veterinary Clinic. The staff are all amazing and truly care about the pets. Their service is second to none, friendly and knowledgeable. I attend regularly as my dog is diabetic so they know us quite well now, we always get a warm welcome when we arrive, my dog loves going into the practice, no fears as she's displayed in other practice's. They always do their best to accommodate a last minute appointment, wherever possible and are always available for advice over the telephone. If anyone is needing to find a new Veterinary practice don't even consider looking else where, this is a gold, 5 star practice. Read Less

A great wee local vet. We had our 4 dogs registered while we lived in the area and the staff were friendly and got on with our dogs. Parking is around the corner which is actually handy for dogs as they can have a quick grass break as we walked around the corner.Read Less
