If I coukd give zero stars I would. This so called vets had been recommended by a friend so my pet needed treatment. After getting my appointment and arriving on time I was made too wait nearly 2hrs to see the vet. When I took my animal in the vet placed her on the table and inserted he's finger in her bum. I said excuse me but she has a eye problem. What made me more aware of the poor conduct was the vet started licking her lips at the same time doing a pokey bum of my pet. I instantly grabbed my pig and left. Now I'm being sent letters wanting my pig to return and settle the bill of £600 NOT A CHANCE Read Less

My families animals have been coming here for decades due to its locality. But recently having had the ability to drive I have kept coming as I belive the people here are the best in their field. This information has been confirmed by many of my friends and colleagues too. Also to show respect there is a tea light lite when there's a patient dying, whether your lucky enough to have that quiet could be a different matter. Read Less

I went here with my mam's dog that was scratching his ear. It turns out that there was nothing wrong but it still cost £65 pound for the check up.

Sadly, we recently had to take our miniature schnauzer, George, to the Grange to be put to sleep because of a chronic heart disease. The vets, nursing staff and receptionists could not have been more caring and sympathetic towards both ourselves and George during this heart wrenching procedure. They followed up with a sympathy card which was very much appreciated. Thank you and well done, everyone at the Grange veterinary surgery. Read Less
