Very poor night staff.that can't be bothered to contact the dogs owner until the next day when she passed away.she passed 21.00pm.no to late to let me know my best friend had died!!.there excuses. She was pregnant.felt vulnerable working in a practice in the countryside.and scared to phone a possible distressed male client. All this is my fault hey!!! Great proffesanal attitude. Disgusting. There whole attitude had changed once they new she was no longer insurerd. Avoid this practice. Read Less
