We had to bring our 14 and 1/2 year old chocolate Labrador in on Saturday evening and unfortunately had to be put to sleep, the vet I saw was fantastic, talked me through the whole process and let me do everything at my pace. Couldn’t thank them enough for making this difficult time just that little bit easier.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went here for puppy socialization, and he loved it. They offer free classes for pets and owners. Really great.

Lovely friendly practice. I had Charlotte looking after my dog unfortunately we had to say good bye to him. Charlotte was fantastic through it all.

Duncan looked after Max our 14 year old Golden Retriever and was great when we had to have him put to sleep a few months ago. We now have Lottie our 9 week old Goldy and I wouldn't entrust her with anyone else.
Having owned dogs and cats for over 50 years I can honestly say that Duncan is an exceptional vet, the best we have ever dealt with, and all the reception staff are absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

I have been using Swayne & Partners for years, they have always been incredibly good with each one of my animals, currently i have 3 golden retrievers and 2 cats on their books. They always look after...
I have been using Swayne & Partners for years, they have always been incredibly good with each one of my animals, currently i have 3 golden retrievers and 2 cats on their books. They always look after the pets so well and always good when I bring the children. I would fully recommend Swayne and Partners as a fantastic vet surgery in Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas.

My poor cat spook became ill last monday.the vet george.did all he could for spook.only for spook to go to heaven in his sleep.the nurseswere sokind and let me and my partner take our time saying good...
My poor cat spook became ill last monday.the vet george.did all he could for spook.only for spook to go to heaven in his sleep.the nurseswere sokind and let me and my partner take our time saying goodbye.i will be forever grateful to george for making my spook comfortable and taking care of spook after hed gone to heaven.

Having made the heart wrenching decision to have my do put to sleep, I couldn't have put Apple or myself in better hands. So very professional, kind, caring & non-condencending, I cannot thank them enough for the assistance, compassion & dignity that they gave to Apple, my son & myself. Irrespective of your financial standing, (we have help through the PDSA) each & every person is treated with the same high regard.
