My horse had an accident and I rang the vets in a bit of a panic and flap. The vet arrived within the hour and was here over 4 hours helping him. She was cold and exhausted but worked tirelessly to help him. I cannot thank the vet Andrea enough. This injury is needing frequent visits and checks and each time they have come and put him at the front of any decisions. In all my years of keeping horses I can honestly say that I have never encountered dedication like this before. This isn’t about the money, these are people who really love these animals. He still has a long road to recovery but we are so lucky to have these incredible people helping us. Thank you, thank you x

Truly horrendous experience vets who do not tell you what is required. We changed to this vet practice as it was closer to home and had good reviews. The initial consultation was fine however the following experience was terrible. Our cat was unwell and a lump found he had blood tests which came back clear however there was still the lump to worry about. He was given an ultrasound with an explanation of it would be about 60 but 150 if he needed to be sedated. I was called to collect him and the nurse had no idea what treatment he had received and if he had been sedated. I informed the nurse I would like to know and was told I would be called later in the day. I asked for advice about food for my cat and at that point was told the vet had written up that Alfie should be moved onto a specific diet. I found the reception staff rude and unhelpful and their costs expensive. I would not recommend this vets and in fact we registered our puppy there but we will be moving him.

It's always hard to find a Vets that make you feel as though they care as much for your animals as you do yourself, but Uplands staff make you feel exactly that. My Border Collie Skye, used to be terrified of going to my old Vets, but is so relaxed here, despite having numerous tests etc to be diagnosed with EPI. Her reaction tells me everything i need to know. Excellent Vet practice, i would highly recommend.

I have been using Uplands way for just over 2 years for my horse and have always received a fantastic service. Andy and Georgie have (unfortunately) seen my horse a few times over the past couple of years, but were quick to diagnose and also to treat. My lovely mare is now sound (touchwood), back in full work and competing and is looking and feeling better than she has ever felt! The team at Uplands way are fantastic! Thank you so much to Andy and the team for helping to fix my lovely mare. I am looking forward to lots of dressage competitions and also a few trips to the beach and forest in the years to come.

My horse had an accident and I rang the vets in a bit of a panic and flap. The vet arrived within the hour and was here over 4 hours helping him. She was cold and exhausted but worked tirelessly to help him. I cannot thank the vet Andrea enough. This injury is needing frequent visits and checks and each time they have come and put him at the front of any decisions. Truly horrendous experience vets who do not tell you what is required. We changed to this vet practice as it was closer to home and had good reviews. The initial consultation was fine however the following experience was terrible. Our cat was unwell and a lump found he had blood tests which came back clear however there was still the lump to worry about. He was given an ultrasound with an explanation of it would be about 60 but 150 if he needed to be sedated. It's always hard to find a Vets that make you feel as though they care as much for your animals as you do yourself, but Uplands staff make you feel exactly that. My Border Collie Skye, used to be terrified of going to my old Vets, but is so relaxed here, despite having numerous tests etc to be diagnosed with EPI. I have been using Uplands way for just over 2 years for my horse and have always received a fantastic service. Andy and Georgie have (unfortunately) seen my horse a few times over the past couple of years, but were quick to diagnose and also to treat. My lovely mare is now sound (touchwood), back in full work and competing and is looking and feeling better than she has ever felt! The team at Uplands way are fantastic! Thank you so much to Andy and the team for helping to fix my lovely mare. I am looking forward to lots of dressage competitions and also a few trips to the beach and forest in the years to come.
