We are a friendly four vet small animal PSS accredited training practice based in Felixstowe, Suffolk. We offer a high level of veterinary care to all your small animal pets.
During office hours you will be able to speak to one of our receptionists who will arrange an appointment for you. Out of office hours please phone the surgery to get the direct phone number for the on duty vet.

Staff were very compassionate when we had to have our cat put down. Even let us walk out without paying straight away. (Paid a week or so later). Have always had good help and advice here.

I used to hate and dread having to take my Lab, Umber to the vets. He hated it more than me sitting in the corner facing the wall shaking, all because they stapled his castration wound with no numbing and said it wouldn't hurt. Umber says different. Then we moved to Whitworths after another vets felt it more important to tell me all about the out of hours charges and where I'd need to drive to before even asking how my dog was. What a difference that change has made. My boy races to get in the door, he sits watching Catherine the vets door with his tail wagging. As soon as she speaks he drags me in to her room, he'll let her do almost anything for a treat and a cuddle. Happy Dog, Happy owner! Fantastic people from reception to vets. Well done guys x

I used to hate and dread having to take my Lab, Umber to the vets. He hated it more than me sitting in the corner facing the wall shaking, all because they stapled his castration wound with no numbing and said it wouldn't hurt. Umber says different. Then we moved to Whitworths after another vets felt it more important to tell me all about the out of hours charges and where I'd need to drive to before even asking how my dog was.
