Went to take my cat for some surgery for the first time here - fortunately all went well.
Everyone - from the vet to the nurse to the reception staff - were all very friendly and helpful.
While they aren't necessarily the most technically advanced when it comes to appointments they do make up for this with their friendliness. Most importantly you have enough trust to know they will do what they say. As I had only been there for check ups previously it was good to have such a good experience.

I can’t reccomend Highcliff enough. The staff are lovely and always welcome my dogs and make a fuss of them. I totally agree with other reviewers that they always put my dogs first before profits, and the vets are always aware of any social media hype about jabs/medication and happy to answer any questions and put my mind at ease.

Great vets, so helpful and friendly and always quick to help even if just for advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They even sent handwritten Christmas cards out this year!

Everyone - from the vet to the nurse to the reception staff - were all very friendly and helpful.
