Vetinary staff seem competent and are pleasant, was generally happy with treatment of my dog. Presented with an unexpectedly high bill after staff were unable to discuss costs when computer system was down. When I disputed the bill, the Practice Manager and Director chose to ignore my complaint and threatened me with debt collectors.

Very poor customer service! Requested a subject request in august 2022, no reply within 28days and requested a second time (again no response). When this wasn't completed, I then requested an investigation to death of my cat and I was told they wouldn't as it was over 3months ago, This was told by a senior manager. I communicated the limitations act and data protection is up to 6years and requested them to complete this investigation. No investigation from second request and no subject request.
I had report to information commissioner (ICO)and had to take them to court for them to investigate the situation. This cost me £115 + (£185 if it went to court plus my time). If it wasn't for the stress I would have completed this action and taken to court costing £300 plus time.

IF ANYONE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THIS VETS, and they claim you only have 3months, this is untrue! They are outdated and needs to be better for their customers!! Read Less

Very poor customer service! Requested a subject request in august 2022, no reply within 28days and requested a second time (again no response).
