When I arrived for My puppies injection which had already been paid for. They then give him flea and worm treatment which I thought was all part of the process. They then asked me if I would like My puppy on there Care Plan. I agreed on principal, as I thought it was PET insurance and made the first payment. When I found out it was not, they refused a refund and said if I did not join there Plan, then I would be liable for the flea and worm treatment, which they have been hounding me for. Read Less

I've used vets for pets for around 3yrs now and they are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and they are really good with animals. My dog loves going there for lots of fuss. Very well priced

After 30 years with a great vet called Guy , the very sad day came when he left the practice , just could not face going to the practice without Guy so we have been inquiring around to find another Vet Who we would trust to care for our 5 boys , as Guy did , and after months and months of inquiring Vets4 pets were being recommended to us , So we just turned up with 2 of our dogs Ben and Norman and were thrilled with how we were greeted , The staff were very very nice And they all made a great fuss of the boys , So we made an appointment to see Sandra the vet the next evening , Sandra was so lovely and you could see she really loved her job she checked Ben and Norm over and we booked them for Wednesday Ben for a dental And Poor norm to have his bits off , But all I can say is we are thrilled to have found vet4pets And we will report back when the boys have been sorted out ,Read Less
