Having had my kittens spayed with this veterinary practice through a charity, I have now registered all my animals there. The reception staff are so friendly and the vet and nurses very pleasant and helpful. All staff paid my kittens attention making a fuss of them. They were not just another animal! That means a lot to me. Shame my previous vets were so money orientated and with the exception of one, seemed to have no real caring attitude.

Wanted to charge me the consultation fee of £40 for a signature on a certificate. Money grabbing sods. I told them that was too much and I'd try somewhere else. Then got a letter from the boss saying they didn't want my business in future. I already booked in kittens for vaccinations and just wanted them sign a certificate of entirety for my stud boy at the same time so that I could register him with the GCCF. I didn't need a consultation. Ross Kelly, the boss also wrote lies in the letter saying that I was unhappy with their services on several occasions and that was the reason they barred me. No, that is totally untrue. I never every complained about their services before. I was very happy with them. He just didn't like me going elsewhere to get my certificate signed. I went to another vet in the area and got my kittens vaccinated and my certificate signed - no charge at all for the signature. How about that!

I have always found the service I have received to be top rate, I only had one small issue when my Staffie was put down but all was well in the end. I would never use another vet.

Main failings was commutation. With this vet .lack of correct advice about diet needs to and even failed to send all the correct test info to my new vet I changed too..what can you say

Money grabbing corporate business more concerned with revenue than Pet health.
I had all 3 of my dogs boosters and a chip done in July (Not cheap), within the same appointment they diagnosed my 3 year old dog with a minor heart murmur and advised me to book an appointment to have another listen in 2-3 months (My other vet has never heard this Murmur but I obviously listen to them and I am aware they can develop).
I phoned up to book an appointment for my female dog as she seems to have some discharge I asked if they could have a listen to the other dogs heart within the same consult (£40 for 15mins) and was shocked when she said no that would be another £40!!!!!!
To listen to a dogs heart and check a pulse would have been fully achievable within this consult time and due to their greed they have just lost a local customer. £80 for what would have been 20 minutes consulting is not acceptable, they are quoting telephone numbers here.
I fully understand business and companies having to make money but this is a clear effort to take advantage of a customer, this vet will just keep booking appointments until their all sunbathing in the Bahamas.
Any company has a duty of care towards its customers and fleecing people in this way is fully negligent by taking advantage of an owners emotions towards their Pet in a time of need.
The nurse I was speaking to had a take it or leave it attitude. Do people like this really care about your Pets??? I look to vets like I would a doctor and automatically give them my trust as they are in the business of animal health. No longer do I have that attitude towards Vets especially this practice, its seems to be a case of ''How can I extract the most from each person I encounter''. VERY SAD TO SEE!!!!

Cedarwood vets have been brilliant with my new puppy Luna. Luna was our first family dog and the help and advice that they gave us was really helpful. Luna has had an operation since we have had her and the quality of care was excellent. Luna loves being weighed each time she goes and the doggy treats are always welcome.
Reception staff are very friendly and really helpful.
Good range of dog food and equipment for sale as well which is handy.
Luna is a member of their pet plan and for a monthly fee receives all her worm and flee treatment as well as her yearly boasters including kennel cough and free nurse consultations and 10% of all products that can be brought in the surgery.

Having had my kittens spayed with this veterinary practice through a charity, I have now registered all my animals there. The reception staff are so friendly and the vet and nurses very pleasant and helpful. All staff paid my kittens attention making a fuss of them. They were not just another animal! Cedarwood vets provide an excellent service and do a very good job in helping us care for our dog in the best possible way. I would highly recommend them.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. My old Lab went over the Rainbow Bridge earlier this week and thanks to the amazing service he recieved in previous years and from the vet who attended him for the last time, he was able to go to sleep with dignity,at home, where he felt safe.

We have been taking our animals to Cedarwood vets since the beginning and every time they have delivered a professional and caring environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I would recommend them to anyone living in the local area. We will continue to use them for many years to come. Definitely worth 5 stars!!

Cedarwood vets have been brilliant with my new puppy Luna. Luna was our first family dog and the help and advice that they gave us was really helpful. Luna has had an operation since we have had her and the quality of care was excellent. Luna loves being weighed each time she goes and the doggy treats are always welcome.
Reception staff are very friendly and really helpful.
Good range of dog food and equipment for sale as well which is handy.
Luna is a member of their pet plan and for a monthly fee receives all her worm and flee treatment as well as her yearly boasters including kennel cough and free nurse consultations and 10% of all products that can be brought in the surgery.

Cedarwood vet's are the only place I would take my pet's. Brilliant service. Compassionate people. Been with them since they opened and have never had any problems or doubts.

Been using Cedarwoods since they opened. Cannot fault the staff or treatment in any way which shows as both our dogs pull to get into the reception on every visit !!
