Andy our very own "Super Vet" of Banstead We first had contact with Banstead Village Vets as we needed a second opinion on a recent diagnosis from another vets. The receptionist was helpful, understanding, caring, and before we had even met Andy he went out of his way to source some information based on our concerns for our pet dog and then called us to discuss his findings. Meeting Andy for the first time he was friendly, professional and took the time to get to know our dog prior to giving him an examination. He never rushed us or pressured us into making any decisions and not only made our dog feel at ease, he also reassured us with his advice and information Going to Banstead Village Vets was the best thing we ever did for our dog. The best in the area! Head vet Andy is a top chap, very friendly, knowledge and an excellent dentist, which not all vets are. When he's not there all of the other vets are lovely too, with very good bed side manners. The nursing team are wonderful too and I always feel looked after. This practice is especially trustworthy on charging, I never worry that excessive fees have been applied, air the opposite and I never feel pressured into unnecessary treatment.Read Less

Amazing vets who show so much care and compassion towards the animals. Wish I had used them sooner! Everyone was so kind and I knew my gus was in the best hands possible. Sadly along with Andys help we had to make the dreaded choice to say a final goodbye to our big gentle giant and as hard as it was it was all made so much easier with the help from all the staff and we know that if there was any more we could of done for him Andy would have done it. After a year of diagnosis and treatment, and no stone unturned, we had to have our lovely springer Charlie Rascal put down.
