Always so helpful and friendly. Advice and help are always at hand and visits are always stress free and comforting if I have any concerns. I love that I always see plenty of familiar faces who always greet my pain in the bum cat like an old friend. I thoroughly recommend these guys. The staff at Heath vets went above and beyond to help when our puppy broke her leg. They all genuinely care and love the animals. At our regular check ups each member of staff has been very accommodating to my million questions as we learn about life with a dog. I would highly recommend this wonderful vets and their very kind and super helpful staff. Thank you!!!

Not very often you go 14 years with any Company without a single complaint but Heath is the exception. Emily, Rhian, Sarah and of course Carol have been incredible over the years and I can't thank them enough. They're so accommodating everytime we get a new pet no matter what animal we bring in. Have had one small issue pop up recently and it was sorted so quickly with the up most dignity, professionalism and merit and they should be commended for that. It's THAT reason that you won't see a 1* review for them. I recommend them to everyone! My only advice to new customers is I'd advise registering with a separate 24hr vet for any out of hours emergencies as I certainly couldn't give a review like this to PETS - The Priory. Thank you to all of you for everything you have done for us!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Jo and Emily for the tough decisions they continued to make during Wallaces difficult 9 hour operation on Wednesday. This was a tiring day for all concerned, exhausting for Jo & Emily. This was a real team effort! I firmly believe Wallaces wellbeing was paramount and that he was being looked after by the entire team - Jo, Emily, Sarah, Hannah and Rachel. Jo and Rachel constantly kept me fully informed throughout the process.Wallace has made a remarkable ,speedy recovery. Thank you Jane

They spent time researching Feline asthma and always made time to see our Sedgley when he was having a bad attack, even showing us how to administer steroid injections should it be out of hours. More recently, they have brought jangles back to good health after months of reoccurring urinary problems. Top class and kind and caring.

Emily, Rhian, Sarah and of course Carol have been incredible over the years and I can't thank them enough. They're so accommodating everytime we get a new pet no matter what animal we bring in.
