Absolutely amazing vets! They have cared for our cat better than we could have ever imagined. Very caring and friendly staff, always explain everything that's going on fully and have seen our boy through a major operation, diagnosed him quickly and dealt with the issue almost immediately. Can't fault these guys at all.

We took our gorgeous boy Bert herr on the 23rd December, as our usual vets was closed. It turned out to be his last journey.
The guys here were nothing short of exemplary. Totally professional and truly sympathetic. We were given all the time we needed and they made all the relevant phone calls to Dignity for us to arrange pick up. They couldn't have done more for us.
As I said they aren't our vets, and when speaking with them over the phone they quoted us £75 just for consultation because of this. After I had paid and we had got home, we actually read the invoice. They had only charged us £20 for the consultation. That made us think even more highly of them. Brilliant brilliant brillant. They will be receiving a card and chocolates. The practice owners should be so proud of the team they have there.
Because of this experience we will be changing vets for our other dog to this chain. Not because there is anything wrong with our current one, far from it. But this level of service I don't think can be matched.

The best VET around. I have been there with several hamster, 2 dogs, some rabbits and recently 2 rats. They always know what they are talking about. If one of them doesn't, they will consult with one who does.
I have had nothing but amazing experience with them.
Recently we went there with 2 rats with respiratory disease. We had initially gone to the Pets at Home vet as they were purchased there and we had a voucher for the vet. Major disaster, nearly killed them.
So we went to BVVC and the lady was so helpful. Explained everything and our rats are just fine again.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My cat mcfluffers has been going to this vets for about 10 years. For the last year or so he suffered from heart failure. Saturday night he had a blood clot and we rushed him to out of hours and heartbreakingly we had to have him put to sleep.. however, he wouldn't have survived as long as he did if it wasn't for George and Audra going the extra mile. They did absolutely everything they could to keep him going, a real support and knew their knowledge thoroughly, I could not recommend them enough. Every member of staff at this vets has been amazing and I'm so greatful to you all. Rip mcfluffers

I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We have been with the practice since we got our first pup 9 years ago who has since sadly passed. Throughout his life we always considered he had the most wonderful and personable care from Vladimir and George and the lovely nurses. He had a few health problems and we always felt that we got sound advice and expert care on all levels. We now have two more additions to our family and would not consider anywhere else other than this surgery for the expertise and care they offer.

This is the only vets I will use in the area, I have been registered with them for a number of years and they are very experienced, Djordje (George) being especially talented with a wealth of experience. Our 3 cats have been looked after so well by them, especially our cat that has a disability. All our cats are all very relaxed there and the vets treat them like one of their own pets. The vet nurses and staff are helpful and friendly too, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Can't praise everyone there highly enough! Lovely staff, always so friendly, and go out of their way to help. We go there with our 2 house rabbits & 2 dogs & always brilliant care by very knowledgable & experienced staff. Highly recommend X

This is the only vets I will use in the area, I have been registered with them for a number of years and they are very experienced, Djordje (George) being especially talented with a wealth of experience. Our 3 cats have been looked after so well by them, especially our cat that has a disability. All our cats are all very relaxed there and the vets treat them like one of their own pets. The vet nurses and staff are helpful and friendly too, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
