They have been superb and my dogs adore Chris and all the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble and I have recommended them to many of my customers for their dogs.

There is a really nice sense of community here, the staff always remember our pets & treat them like their own. They're all so welcoming & knowledgeable, which is reassuring when you have a poorly pet...
There is a really nice sense of community here, the staff always remember our pets & treat them like their own. They're all so welcoming & knowledgeable, which is reassuring when you have a poorly pet.
They are always a phone call away with advise and when we lost one of our dogs suddenly, they sent us such a comforting condolence card. I wouldn't trust anyone but this practice with my dogs health.

I joined Kynoch 12 years ago with our two cats.
We had many years of minimal visits for the usual vaccinations.
After serious illness, sadly Jack had to be put to sleep last year & we still appreciate...
I joined Kynoch 12 years ago with our two cats.
We had many years of minimal visits for the usual vaccinations.
After serious illness, sadly Jack had to be put to sleep last year & we still appreciate & are thankful for the compassion we received from everyone at Kynoch.
His sister Carly has been quite poorly for the last couple of years & during this time, the treatment, care & diagnostic skills & efforts that Carly has received by Chris & the team has been outstanding.
The receptionists are friendly, caring & helpful.
I highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the diagnosis and treatment that Misty has had over the past couple of years. She will be 18 soon and has had a couple of her 9 lives but is back to good health now considering her age.
She continues to be a great companion and delight to us thanks to Chris and the team at Kynloch Vets.
The only reason for the 4 stars is that Misty is not so happy when she gets in the box on the way to the surgery! but no reflection on the great treatment.
