Amazing vets, I always feel like my boys are in safe hands taking them there. Staff are so friendly and lovely, and Clare always does her best for my boys whatever that treatment may involve she makes...
Amazing vets, I always feel like my boys are in safe hands taking them there. Staff are so friendly and lovely, and Clare always does her best for my boys whatever that treatment may involve she makes sure we try and do everything we need to to keep them healthy and happy

Phoenix vets have always provided us with great service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We normally go to the one in Sandhurst but because we needed an appointment on Saturday, this is the only one open. Records are shared across sites, so it wasn’t any hassle.

Staff friendly, helpful, informative, surgery clean, just expensive but you get what you pay for and my pooch has always been very well cared for when hes gone in for anything extra.

Took my kitty there today first kitty so my husband and I had lots of questions, We where greeted by a fantastic receptionist who greeted all the animals with love and affection and made alice so comf...
Took my kitty there today first kitty so my husband and I had lots of questions, We where greeted by a fantastic receptionist who greeted all the animals with love and affection and made alice so comfortable. We where also offered a four week free pet insurance plan to which we accepted. We where then seen by a lady training to be a vet she was lovely and so gental with alice (our kitty), We where then seen by the vet who was so happy to help having patience with all our parenting questions we will be back in two weeks for our kitty's vaccines. Thank you for checking alice over and making sure she is ready to start exploring her new home.

This is honestly the worst veterinary practice I have ever known! We went there today for routine vaccinations, the vet was obsessed with forcing us to buy the Hills Science food they sell there, told...
This is honestly the worst veterinary practice I have ever known! We went there today for routine vaccinations, the vet was obsessed with forcing us to buy the Hills Science food they sell there, told us to use questionable training methods, suggested our dog was not the breed we thought we'd purchased, then to add insult to injury, I was personally insulted by the nurse about MY weight and all for the price of over 100 pounds - what a Bargain! Literally the worst experience I have had in a quite a long time!
